Korean companies and local industrial park developers choose Nami as partner for sustainable energy solutions

February 2022 has been a month of significant events for Nami Energy. Under the joint venture framework between Nami Solar and SK ecoplant, Nami Solar entered into agreements on providing rooftop solar (RTS) electricity for businesses and MOUs on sustainable energy solutions for industrial park (IP) developers.

Three Korean companies (Lee & Suy Vina, Samil Vina, and Samil Textile) shall benefit from a total of 3 MWp of RTS provided by Nami, becoming more sustainable and competitive while better saving their electricity bills.

Nami Solar also entered into an MOU with New CC, a well-established engineering and construction company, to provide total sustainable energy solutions for its 14 hectare - industrial complex in Binh Dinh province.

Remarkably, Nami Solar signed an MOU with Capella Land for developing RTS and sustainable energy solutions in Capella Land’s IPs across the country. Since its inception in 2015, Capella Land has developed six industrial parks on 1,100 hectares and most currently is investing in seven others on 2,500 hectares in northern and central Vietnam. Nami Solar and Capella Land vowed to develop eco-industrial parks, creating shared economic opportunities, improved ecosystems, and innovative avenues for responsible business practices.

Nami Solar and SK ecoplant are working closely under the joint venture framework to move these projects forward and seek similar investment opportunities across the country.
